Pharmaceutical companies are one of the main providers of training sessions to chemists around the country. These sessions tend to be identical and far from engaging, failing to connect the brand to its clients, as intended. toLife, a Portuguese generics drugs manufacturer wanted to challenge the format of training sessions by adopting a technological approach.
As a result, HUSE Innovation in collaboration with ODD Unipessoal, developed a digital application with two main distinct functions:
> An area where toLife informed clients about
current campaigns and promotions
> Pharmalife: a one-of-a-kind business simulator, with a strong gamification component, where chemists are asked to manage a pharmacy and can gain practical knowledge on subjects such as marketing, logistics and stock management.
The simulator complements the on-going activities with useful information so that users can learn more about each subject as they progress through the 4 levels.
With 1000 registed users, Pharmalife is currently one of the most innovative tools in the pharmaceutical industry.
