VS. DISRUPTIVE INNOVATION
SCOPE OF WORK:
HUSE partnered with JANSSEN's sales team to provide them with a design
thinking training session, aimed at empowering them with new tools to
help them identify innovation opportunities within the business.
We developed two tailor-made workshops, based on real challenges to guide them through the methodology and get a hands-on experience with design thinking tools.
During almost 2 days, the team was able to:
> Clearly map the key stakeholders
> Draw janssen's interaction with key stakeholders and determine areas where this interaction was seen as negative
> Identify key innovation opportunities
> Create solutions for these opportunities
> Prototype and present their most promising ideas
To consolidate their work and the information they had received, HUSE produced a detailed report that summarised the 2-day process and mapped out all the concepts developed according to the potential to impact the business.
