WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?



People (and by people we mean employees, clients, users, partners, suppliers and all relevant stakeholders) are the driving force and the subject of innovation, but are repeatedly forgotten in the process. We live an era of big, bold ideas. But big and bold ideas are only meaningful if they impact someone positively.

In today’s world companies feel the urge to innovate. But more often that not, there is no real direction to this innovation process. Ideas roll out, time and money is invested and no significant human impact is created.

That is why we start with problems, not with solutions.

It is the process that dictates the right solution(s) for each problem. We make sure companies identify their real needs and opportunities and innovate based on them. This minimizes risk and investment while maximizing impact and return.

We also believe that innovation is not a one-time thing. It’s not “a brainstorming workshop” that happens occasionally. It is a mindset that should be developed and adopted by all employees.
